Any comments on Wheeler preferred exchange offer? They keep threatening that come September 2023, bad things will happen to the D preferred, but it seems to me that without an exchange, the D's take over pretty much all of the equity value in the company. Why would we accept the pitiful offer they've thrown at us?
WHLR's revised preferred exchange terms are incredible - they slightly sweetened the deal if less than 2/3 approve, but managed to make it much worse if 2/3 approve! The primary goal here should be to get 2/3 approval and they just ended any possibility of that. These guys really are something else!
Do you know how people can purchase stocks which stopped trading due to failure to meet reporting requirements? Also instead of Twitter why not use GAB or CLOUTHUB
The only way to purchase expert market stocks is to work with a broker who operates in that market. There are a few, but they're only available to institutional/accredited investors. It's truly unfortunate.
Gab has too many literal self-proclaimed nazis. Never heard of Clouthub. I'll take a look.
Anyone can purchase shares which are barred from electronic trading by the new SEC rule by locating a counterparty and negotiating directly. If Dave wants to sell shares of Logan Clay Products, I will be happy to buy some. Since both of us look for bargains, however, we likely will not be able to agree on a price.

Good suggestion for my next post!
