It would not be easy to find an investor who looks under more rocks than Dave Waters.

Steamships Trading Company Limited.. What a find!

May I suggest CAFOM, and CBO Territoria (paris) if you like remote islands.

Alluvial owns CBO Territoria for Tactile Fund. I think a large chunk of Réunion Island is a nice asset to hold for the long run.

CBOT.pa's stock price chart--especially over the last decade--is one of my favorite things in the investing world.

Funny you mention the Faroes. I booked a flight there yesterday. I'll keep an eye out for that bank.

Shouldn't be hard to find if you are in Torshavn. Have fun! The Faroes are on my list of places to see before I die.

I’m heading there soon myself. Btw, there’s a couple of other Falkland island based companies listed as well …..I’ve also owned steamships off and on - one particular notes in the accounts got me very interested when I bought it at a couple of bucks aud per share and sold for a multi multi bagger. I still watch it but don’t own it at the moment

Another good one is the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange, which I inevitably look up whenever I'm on vacation and find myself reading the label on a Carib beer.

That exchange is also home to Angostura Holdings, makers of the famous bitters!

Jamaica too! I see there's a subsidiary of the Indian Berger Paints there!

Thanks, Dave, ever impressive coverage!

You beat me Dave, I only got as far as Timor-Leste. A country with a similar history though.
